Zen means clarity and balance: this elegant, modern villa in Cala Santanyí with gleaming white facades with arcades, an azure blue pool and lush green surroundings is ideal for escaping the daily grind and rediscovering yourself. A gravelled garden greets you at the entrance; you can leave your car here most of the time (there is space for up to six people), as the bay is just a short walk away, as are cafés or restaurants and the small resort, where you can quickly pick up something in the shops. Although the villa is located in a well-kept neighbourhood, the house is in its own little universe, which revolves around the two-storey main building with its light and airy arches. The barbecue terrace with handrails leading to the pool and the balcony terrace above offer shade, but still allow for sunny views and the shimmering of the sea. A further lawn area offers more wonderful spots to relax and enjoy your holiday.

The interior of the villa has a minimalist design and makes you feel immediately comfortable and at home. As properties in great locations such as Zen are so popular, you should already make a note of this pretty villa with underfloor heating. One thing will not change: the immaculately spacious layout, which leaves plenty of room and utilises every centimetre. That's why the three bedrooms on the ground floor, with their divas beds, modern bathrooms and walk-in dressers for your large wardrobe, are far enough apart to ensure maximum privacy. In addition, a door leads directly from the terrace to both the left and right extensions. The white fitted kitchen also conceals a dishwasher and a (non-)espresso machine discreetly behind a partition wall, out of sight from the living area and directly connected to the outside area. A gallery-style staircase leads to the first floor, where you will find what is probably the most beautiful of the four double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and direct access to the balcony terrace (to which all guests have access) from the sea to your bed. And perhaps a gentle breeze in the starry sky...

Migjorn the south or south wind is another name for this region of the island, which has a softer tone, attracts artists and the wealthy and enchants with its rolling hills, deeply indented bays and fine sandy coves. Stop by the Drac organic café in Cala Santanyí and enjoy the view of YOUR bay or stroll through the winding alleyways in Santanyí, 5 kilometres away. In Cala Figuera, perhaps the most beautiful fishing village on the island, you can spend hours at the harbour and watch the fishermen at work. From Colònia de Sant Jordi, you can also take a boat to the goat island of Cabrera. It is a natural paradise that will put a smile on your face. We recommend a picnic or a swim in the incredibly clear water as part of a tour.

The white Villa Zen, nestled between the sheltered bay of Cala Santanyí and perhaps Mallorca's most romantic harbour, Cala Figuera, faces the sun with its archways. Further shops and a weekly market can be found in Santanyí, 5 kilometres away. For nature lovers, the Parc Natural de Mondragó is right next door. Cala d'Or, one of Mallorca's most famous seaside resorts with the finest white sand, is just half an hour's drive away.
