For a truly stylish holiday, don't underestimate a quieter resort like Sant Llorenç (San Lorenzo). Hidden in the heart of the resort is a terraced house with plenty of character and a surprising interior. This historic townhouse rises three storeys high. On the street in front (where you can park your car) it impresses with its thick cobblestone walls, while at the back it has a sunny and Mediterranean look. The small courtyard is well protected from the neighbours and has an 8 m pool, a lounge terrace and seating under the pergola with plants, and the ivy wall provides some garden accents. A few steps lead from the outdoor dining area to the indoor area. Setting the table for dinner is also easy here, as it is right next to the kitchen. With the surrounding shops just a short walk away, you can always be well catered for an impromptu barbecue. However, Can Run Run not only offers you outdoor areas on the ground floor, but also a wonderful roof terrace. There you can soar above the hustle and bustle below and relax while gazing out over the mountains.

This townhouse is beautifully furnished on all floors and, with its thick walls and tiled floor (which can be heated!), guarantees a pleasant coolness even in the height of summer. Rustic and modern, cobblestones and colour go hand in hand. Three floors naturally require a lot of stairs, so this property is only partially suitable for children. If you look up from the ground floor, the open staircase and interior balconies may even make you a little dizzy. On the ground floor, you can sit around the old well near the terrace or in the living room, a wonderful space that extends from the entrance and has a fireplace and bright windows. The rustic, flowery yellow kitchen with vaulted roof (and additional laundry room) is just around the corner. On the middle floor are the three individually designed bedrooms with their 1.50 x 2 metre double beds; one even has its own bathroom, a fireplace and a walk-in wardrobe. The other bathroom is shared. Two colourful, friendly guest WCs on the lower and upper floors offer additional convenience, so you don't have to walk far from the roof terrace. The name Can Run Run doesn't have to be taken literally ...

The tranquil holiday resort of Sant Llorenç des Cardassar is located in the centre of the island, but the beaches on the east coast and the harbour and old town of Porto Cristo are only a few kilometres away. In Manacor you can not only pick up large quantities of supplies, but also take the train to Palma or visit one of the extraordinary museums (including the futuristic Rafa Nadal Sports Museum). Even in the resort itself, you'll find plenty of places to fill the fridge and breakfast table; recommended restaurants such as Es Pati and Pizzeria II Cantone are another reason to take a few steps around the block in the evening. Porto Cristo also attracts visitors with fresh fish and a promenade with a view of the small boats. Nature lovers can hike or cycle along one or more sections of the disused Via Verde railway line, passing sheep and donkeys on the way, or play a round on one of the four nearby golf courses (Golf Son Servera, Pula Golf and the fairways of Canyamel and Capdepera). In the centre of small San Lorenzo and secluded between the neighbours on the left and right, this multi-storey, rustic-elegant townhouse has an inner courtyard with an integrated long pool. The supermarket, bakery, bars and restaurants are within easy walking distance, while larger shopping can be done in Manacor, 9 km away. The beaches on the east coast such as Sa Coma and Sa Marjal as well as the harbour of Porto Cristo are only around 13 km away; Pula Golf is around 10 minutes away by car.
