The brand new Villa Lorenzo is a particularly family-friendly property that offers two families wonderful space for their holiday and is also extremely impressive thanks to its absolutely peaceful location. Nestled between tall trees and palm trees amidst lush vegetation, you can overlook the beautiful green surroundings between Manacor and the east coast from many places around the villa (be it from the pool terrace, the covered veranda by the house or the large veranda balcony above). This land is dominated by the rolling hills of the Serra Llevant, which characterise this uniquely beautiful and typically Mediterranean coastal landscape.

After a comfortable drive along a tarmac access road, a large villa made of local stone awaits you. The first thing you notice is the beautifully designed and wonderfully connected outdoor area. In front of the house is a spacious pool of 50 m², which has a comfortable circular staircase. A large outdoor shower area by the pool allows you to shower after a long swim without having to go back into the house. You can relax on one of the cosy balconies on the surrounding sun terrace. Several parasols are available to provide shade. To the side of the house, younger guests will find a lovely children's playground and a small seating area on the well-tended lawn, so they can romp around undisturbed. The table tennis table on the spacious, detached terrace is not only popular with children; the same applies to the volleyball court or basketball hoop, which invite the family to play. A few steps lead up from the pool to the covered terrace alongside the house. Due to the size of the house, the cosy shaded area offers enough space for a relaxed polyrattan seating area and a large dining table. Along the side of the veranda, along another part of the seemingly endless terraces, you come to another, second part of the building. This brick building houses a barbecue area with both indoor and outdoor seating around a large wooden table. We particularly like this on cooler evenings, because then you can still sit comfortably as a group at the dining table and enjoy a barbecue together. Of course, the cosy barbecue hut also offers shelter on hot days and is therefore an absolute highlight of your individual holiday.

If you enter the house from the pool side, you will find yourself directly in the central living area of the house. The open-plan layout is particularly well realised with the living room with fireplace on the left and the spacious kitchen on the right. The kitchen is practically furnished and fully equipped with everything you need, which is also a must when it comes to cooking on holiday. Naturally, the spacious family room is also equipped with a dining area. In addition to the guest WC, one of the 5 bedrooms is also located on the ground floor. All bathrooms in the house have been designed in a modern style. This style is also reflected in the sleeping areas on the upper floor. There are three double bedrooms on the first floor, two of which have en-suite bathrooms. The office is equipped with a sofa bed, which offers you an additional sleeping option. Especially nice for children travelling with you is the fact that they have their own room, which consists of both an adjoining bathroom and a bedroom with 4 single beds. Here the children can keep the upper hand, look after themselves and undoubtedly have fun. Some of the bedrooms are decorated with patterned wallpaper, which emphasises the quality of the unique and individual furnishings. Some of the bedrooms on the upper floor even have direct access to the large sunny balcony, where you can enjoy a wonderful view of nature in the absolute tranquillity of this place, especially when you get up in the morning.

The new Villa Lorenzo is located between the town of Manacor and the picturesque harbour town of Portocristo in a wonderfully quiet location. You can go shopping in Manacor or Portocristo, where you can also stroll along the harbour. The Calas de Mallorca, which lie like a string of pearls on the east coast of Mallorca, can be reached in just 10 minutes. You can easily choose between a city beach or a natural beach such as Cala Varquez.

Please note that this accommodation does not accept youth groups or stag and hen parties. A youth group at this accommodation consists of people aged 23 years or younger. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or stag party as your booking will be refused after booking, which may also be on arrival at the property or during your stay, and you will not receive a refund
