It's hard to believe that this villa was once remodelled. It blends in so well with its surroundings that it seems as if it has always belonged here. This also applies to the old foundations, which probably belonged to a mountain chapel. The wooden portal set into an archway, the remaining brickwork with arched openings and the large boulder are a legacy from another time. In this line, the BBQ grill almost has a monastery garden to itself. The main house and the outbuilding, with their pool side full of various open and covered terraces, adapt to the hillside location and offer a fantastic view over olive and almond trees into the valley or down to the rugged rock guard and the old castle. Even the mini viaduct, which beautifully delimits the 11 metre long pool, conveys a feeling of space when swimming. The outdoor pool is also very practical. The access to the gravel car park with six parking spaces can be a little bumpy from time to time, but you are guaranteed 100% privacy.

The highlights of the main house are undoubtedly the lounge with a comfortable sofa set and the dining area, which can be transformed from an indoor lounge into an outdoor lounge with just a few simple steps. This is made possible by the three large doors to the surrounding balcony terrace. The rustic yet modern kitchen takes centre stage and has its own area. A double bed with access to the terrace and the salmon-coloured bathroom are located on the same floor. Four further guest rooms with a double bed and roof terrace, single beds and pull-out beds share the upper floor and the lavender and azure-coloured bathrooms, plus a jacuzzi (one of which has two doors and can also be used en suite). If the rustic cottage with its own bathroom and leather sofas is to be used as a retreat for two people, it is best to point out that the outdoor seating areas are a noise-free zone.

If you want to spend the best days of the year in complete peace and quiet, you are in good hands here. Nowhere else can you spend a better protected holiday than in Sa Sinia de Portocolom, because the Castell de Santueri, which was built on the 408 m high Puig to protect against pirates, watches over you and the nearby coastal region. Experience the Tuscany of Mallorca. Take a boat from Colònia de Sant Jordi to a small island. Enjoy the lifestyle in Cala d'Or or around Santanyi or browse through the picturesque alleyways and small shops of Calonge and look for unusual accessories for your home - you can still find treasures today.

Only around 9 kilometres from Cala d'or and Porto Colon, the multi-storey Villa Sa Sinia de Portocolom is situated in an absolutely peaceful location surrounded by almond and olive trees and with a view of the ruins of Castell de Sa Sinia de Portocolom. The picturesque village of Calonge with its small shops, supermarkets and restaurants is just a few minutes' drive away. The district of Santanyi and incredible (natural) beaches such as Cala Mondrago and Cala Llombards within a radius of 15 km offer individualists, families, hikers, cyclists and golfers (Vall dOr near the villa) an exceptionally beautiful piece of Mallorca.
