Finca Aladroc is located in the rural lowlands of Mallorca, surrounded by fields and scattered country houses. Despite its proximity to the shopping town of Inca, it offers a relaxed atmosphere away from the summer hustle and bustle of the island. The versatile, well-tended Mediterranean garden has extensive lawns, palm trees and a beautiful pool area. There is a seating roundel in the pool. Around it, you can choose between comfortable loungers under a long pergola or the inviting daybed. Right next to the pool is a small house with a shower and WC. Attached to the main house is a covered terrace for al fresco dining. Right next to it is a pleasant chill-out area, which can also be shaded by an awning. In the evening, lanterns around the pool and house provide cosy lighting.

This is a Fincallorca holiday home.

The entire living area is on the ground floor. The bright living room, which is connected to the outside area by two patio doors, has a comfortable sofa, satellite TV and tasteful furnishings in natural colours. Wide sandstone arches create an open atmosphere between the dining room and the fully equipped kitchen overlooking the garden. Both the main living area and the three comfortable double bedrooms are air-conditioned. You don't have to worry about the mosquito screens on the windows either. In addition, the interior can be easily darkened thanks to the roller shutters. In addition to the outside bathroom, the finca has two further bathrooms, one of which is en suite, and two guest WCs.

The elegant Villa Aladroc with its idyllic garden landscape is located just 7 minutes by car from the town of Inca, in the heart of the island. Here you can get fresh bread and rolls in the morning or do your daily shopping. At the same time, you should not miss the most beautiful and largest weekly market on Thursdays. The beautiful, 16 km long chain of beaches in the Bay of Alcúdia can be easily reached by hire car.

Please note that this accommodation does not accept youth groups or stag and hen parties. A youth group at this property consists of people aged 25 years or younger. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or stag party as your booking will be declined after booking, which may also be upon arrival at the property or during your stay, and you will not receive a refund
