The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. In the same house there are the holiday apartment: CSR RIG 386 (12 persons) and the apartment of the landlord and on the property, the apartment CSR RIG 388 (4 people). The house is located on the road between Trutnov and Pec pod Snezkou, above the river Upa. Parking is available on the property. Parking on a closed courtyard for common use.
