Detached holiday house in rural surroundings with a private pool

The holiday house is about 400 metres outside of Neohoraki, amidst many olive trees to the right and left of a road towards Petreti with little traffic.

The house is especially suitable for families or older people who would like to relax and enjoy a leisurely holiday, or a hiking, cycling, sunshine and beach holiday, or to spend it by the private pool right in front of the house. The house provides around 70m² of living space and consists of a fully-equipped kitchen unit with an oven, stove, coffee machine, microwave and all the necessary utensils. The living room, kitchen and dining space with a table for six people are all in one room. There are two bedrooms each with a double bed. The bathroom is fitted with a modern shower. Wireless Internet access is available.

The pool measures around 7.25 x 4.25 metres and there are four sun loungers. Guests need to carry out surface cleaning of the pool themselves. A deep clean is carried out every three days. The terrace measures around 8 x 2 metres and has plenty of terrace furniture. The site is fenced in and is in very beautiful rural surroundings. There are two car parking spaces on site.

The accommodation is ideal for families with or without pets who do not want to stay in a hotel and without disturbing neighbours. Note that it is a private holiday house, Please switch the air conditioning off whenever you leave the house.

There are many small localities nearby with shops and there are some larger supermarkets about 2-3 km away. Petreti is a small fishing village with some gastronomic establishments. Some of the restaurants are by the sea with a beautiful view of the sea. There is a little local fishing harbour, as well as a beautiful sandy beach, also suitable for small children to swim by, just a few minutes away. You can enjoy all kinds of water sports about 10km away.

    “Rustige gelegen in het zuiden van corfu. Aardige en behulpzame conciërge. Enige wat aan gemak ontbrak is een afwasmachine. Maar dat is slechts een bijzaak. Met auto ben je met een uur in corfustad en 1,5 uur in het noorden.”

    “Ausstattung und Lage sind sehr gut. Die Kinder haben sich sehr wohl gefühlt, so muss es sein.
    Ich was jetzt das dritte Mal dort, bis zum Meer sind es ein paar Minuten, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es auch genügend.
    Wir kommen so schnell wie möglich wieder.”

    “Ein sehr schönes kleines Haus mit wunderbar gepflegtem Garten und immer gepflegtem Pool.
    Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt hier sehr genossen.
    Vor allem der sehr nette ältere "Major Domus" war uns bei Fragen jederzeit behilflich.

    Ein paar Informationen für die Gäste wäre für Neuankömmlinge sicher hilfreich (wo gibt es ein kleines Geschäft im Ort, wo ist der nächste Supermarkt, gibt es Interessantes in der Nähe wie z.B. die Ölmühle in 8 km Entfernung...)
    Der Hausreinigungsservice wurde inzwischen ausgetauscht, so dass auch in diesem Bereich zukünftig sicher alles prima sein wird.”
