    “Die Wohnung an sich ist für 4 Personen völlig ausreichend, und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht, Kühlschrank, Mikro, kleiner Fernseher, Herd, Kochplatte. Es ist ein ruhiger aber etwas in die Jahre gekommener Wohnblock. Die Wohnung wurde oberflächlich und nicht gerade Fachmännisch saniert.

    Leider gibt es anscheinend keine gründliche Reinigung nach dem Mieterwechsel wir haben Kassenzettel von unseren Vormietern gefunden, alle Ränder von Möbel oder Bett waren sehr dick mit Staub belegt. Das Lüftungsgitter im Bad wurde seit Jahren nicht mehr gereinigt.

    Minuspunkte muss man leider auch für die Betreuung vor Ort geben, da sich die Vermieterin bei Problemen mit der Wohnung (zb. defekte Waschmaschine) erst mal aus der Verantwortung stehlen will. Wenn Sie also einen ruhigen Urlaub genießen möchten und keine endlose Farce erleben wollen nehmen Sie den schaden besser erstmal hin”

    “Wir (meine Freundin und ich) waren von unserer Unterkunft sehr angetan. Wir fühlten uns sofort wohl. Die Wohnräume waren sehr hell und groß und gut ausgestattet, das Bad und die Küche waren auch vollkommen ausreichend für uns beide.
    Die Lage war suboptimal, da ein Blick aufs Meer nicht gegeben war. Dementsprechend wurde von uns der Balkon nur mit dem Wäscheständer versehen, dort hielten wir uns nicht auf. Das Badezimmer ist ein wenig älter gehalten, doch das störte nicht. Die Küche ist recht schmal, selbst 2 schlanke Leute müssen den nicht vorhandenen Bauch einziehen, doch auch dies war kein Problem. Alles in allem eine schöne Wohnung.”
