House in Mogán with Marble Fireplace

This holiday cottage is in Taura, an exclusive area in the south of Gran Canaria, very centrally located, easily accessible and near the beaches, shops and all sorts of entertainment facilities.

The upper floor hosts three bedrooms: one double bedroom with a bathroom with bath tub and a very big walk-in wardrobe, and two double bedrooms (with two single beds and an extra bed each), and a terrace with chairs, table and awning.

This is a very big villa, equipped to host a maximum number of 10 persons. The ground floor features a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, induction cooktop, electric kettle, and a coffee machine. The living room has a round marble and glass table and a spectacular wood and marble fireplace. The living room is also equipped with two sofa beds, air conditioning, a sliding door to the panorama terrace, 46 inch plasma screen tv, Wii video console, DVD player, numerous movies, and satellite television with international channels. A bathroom is also on the ground floor. There is a terrace with a garden, barbecue area, outdoor sink, and a 45 m³ swimming pool. The heated pool is clad with natural stone.

A car park is only 10 metres away. The holiday cottage is not suitable for people with walking disabilities. A bed for a child and a highchair can be made available.Restaurants, shopping facilities and nightlife are within a five minutes’ walking distance. The beaches of Amadores, Puerto Rico and Puerto de Mogan, and the motorway leading to Tauro are also nearby.

From the terraces, the gardens and the bedroom you can enjoy the breathtaking view of the sea.

    “Vi var på en generationsresa med barn och barnbarn. Vi är mycket nöjda och villan var helt fantastisk för oss! Jättefin och fräsch på alla sätt! Det finns inget att klaga på! Perfekt för oss!
    Tack så mycket för en bra vecka i denna fantastiska villa med vacker utsikt dessutom. För oss fungerade det jättebra och vi hade dessutom en hyrbil som vi turades om att ha om dagarna, annars promenerade vi eller åkte buss om vi ville någonstans. På kvällarna när barnen sov hade vi lite filmkvällar eller satt ute på terassen, grillade lite någon kväll eller bara tog det lugnt. Vi blev väldigt bra bemötta! Tusen Tack!!!”
