4 star holiday home in STENUNGSUND

A newly build holiday home with partial ocean view and located on the island of Stenungsön, with an open layout, high ceilings and large windows. Brightly furnished in Newport style, and with two lovely patios where you can enjoy the days in the sun, where you can also set the table for breakfast and dinner on occasion. The holiday home consists of a living room which is equipped a sitting area with a modern sofa bed and a TV (there are about 40 different Swedish and English channels). On the upper floor the kitchen and beautiful dining area located along with a small bathroom. There are two additional beds in the associated annex. The surroundings on the island are lovely and there are several fine bathing spots within a 300-1000m area. You can visit Stenungsögården where you will find a playing ground, café, concerts and many other different activities. A short walk on about 20 min will take you to Stenungs square where you can find up to 65 different shops and services. The holiday home located approximately 5-10m away from the owner’s house which has a separate plot and secluded patio. You can rent bikes in various sizes by the owner on site.

    “Ein schön geschnittenes, lichtdurchflutetes Haus, das sich auf dem Anwesen des Eigentümers befindet, die wirklich sehr nett sind und sich kümmern.
    Zu beachten ist, dass es kein Schlafzimmer hat und das Wohnzimmer mittels Schlafcouch zu nutzen ist. Ca 10m entfernt befindet sich eine kleine Hütte, die zwei Schlafplätze bietet. Mit einer Familie schläft man demzufolge getrennt. Die Ausstattung ist ansonsten sehr gut. Das Bad ist allerdings mini.
    Das Anwesen liegt auf der sehr schönen Insel Stenungsön, die Stenungsund vorgelagert und über eine Brücke zu erreichen ist. Die Insel ist wirklich schön, durchzogen von alten Anwesen und Häusern.
    Der dichteste Badeplatz befindet sich an einem Bootsanleger. Einen weiteren gibt es in ca 800m Entfernung und der Strand der Insel ist ca 2km entfernt.
    Was unbedingt erwähnt werden sollte - in ca 1km Luftlinie in Stenungsund (Richtung Blick von Terrasse) befindet sich eines der größten Industriegebiete der chemischen Industrie in Schweden. Darauf wird man leider im Angebot für dieses Haus nicht hingewiesen. Muss nicht stören, sollte man jedoch wissen.”

    “Wir haben das Haus so vorgefunden, wie auf den Bildern beschrieben, es ist modern und sehr funktional eingerichtet. Obwohl es auf dem Grundstück neben dem Wohnhaus der Eigentümer steht, fühlt man sich wie in Alleinlage. Es sind alle Voraussetzungen gegeben, um sich dort wohl zu fühlen und sich zu erholen. Es ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Radtouren, empfehlenswert sind die Inseln Tjörn und Orust, allein die Fahrt über die Brücken dorthin mit der malerischen Aussicht auf die vielen anderen kleinen Inseln und Felsen ist einfach malerisch. Dazu kommen die vielen kleinen Hafendörfer mit den zahlreichen Booten und Yachten in den Häfen und den typischen roten Holzhäusern. Also an tollen Fotomotiven mangelt es nicht. Empfehlenswert ist auch ein Ausflug zum Skulpturenpark in Pilane auf der Insel Tjörn. / Die Nähe zu den Eigentümern auf dem Grundstück hat uns in keinster Weise gestört, es sind super nette Leute.”
