The holiday apartment and guest rooms are in the quiet little town of Bilje, three kilometres from Kopački National Park and five kilometres from the town of Osijek. It provides ideal accommodation for those who love peace and quiet and nature and would like to visit the national park.
The house has a 100m² garden with five parking spaces, for the shared use of all guests. There is seating under the shade of trees, inviting you to relax. Bicycles and binoculars for watching the animals in the national park can be hired from the owner for a fee.
The nearest grocery shop is just 200 metres away. There are two supermarkets in the town centre. It is 100 metres to a children’s playground. There are three guesthouses near the house, offering sumptuous cuisine with regional specialities. The local bus stop is a kilometre from the accommodation. In summer you will be enticed by the Copacabana leisure pool in Osijek, ten minutes away by car.

The 46m² apartment has a separate entrance and is on the ground floor of the house. It has a fully-equipped kitchen with a dining space, dishwasher,for five people, a living room, a bedroom and a bathroom. The bedroom is furnished with a single and a double bed. In the living room there is a sofa bed.
The living room and bedroom each have a TV set with Iptv channels and Netflix. The bathroom provides a shower, washing machine WC and hairdryer. A mosquito net provides protection from insects in summer.
