Wooden house with a patio and a garden on a spacious property

The comfortable holiday house was built in 2013 and is located about 800 meters from the beach and 100 meters from the centre of Caños de Meca. It is a neighbourhood on Barbate in the Cádiz Province in southern Andalusia. Once you arrive, it is the desire to give you, a holiday you will wish to repeat, providing high quality, spacious, clean accomodation, surrounded by well-maintained gardens. Your visit will be remember with an abundance of pleasant memories.

It is a purpose built cottage that has been designed to provide both space and comfort for four, private patio, with a shaded area, looks to the east; offer complete relaxation while watching the natural Park of La
Breña. The two bedrooms and lounge windows face southwest and provide our guests with views to the
Natural Park of La Breña. Considerable effort has been made to ensure that adequate furnishings
have been added to satisfy both short and long stay requirements. The wooden, one storey house sits in a 2000 m² property. The house sleeps 5 people and has an entry porch, a lawned area and a barbecue. There is a living/dining room with air conditioning and a television. The kitchen with a bar is fully loaded and open plan with the living room. The kitchen is equipped with a washing machine, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a toaster, a coffee maker, a blender, a sandwich maker and a microwave. The house offers two double bedrooms. The bathroom boasts a shower. All rooms have windows. An ironing board and an iron and a hair dryer are also available.

The covered patio boasts a barbecue and outdoor furniture. The lawn is great for hanging out. There is also a paddle tennis court, a community ping pong table, bicycles and a swing. A covered parking space is available for guests. The parking area is at the entrance of the house.

There are bycicles at your disposal as well as a tennis court and a ping-pong table. Bird watchers
take advantage of the experience to see the best of the Autumn migration. Imagine sitting in your
private terrace, with a refreshing drink, with the aroma of freshly picked vegetables on your
barbecue as you watch the sun setting over the Atlantic Ocean.

The house is designed to be the ideal holiday house for a beach holiday on a stretch of coast which has more than 25km of stunning unspoilt sandy beaches that go from La Mangueta to Zahara de los Atunes, and passing through Caños de Meca. Opposite the house there are wonderful views over green countryside – the regional park of la Breña and the Marismas de Barbate, that encircle the village and sweep down to the sea opposite the popular cliffs Acantilado del Tajo. The two ports represent the two faces of the sea: the leisure port is symbolic of the passage between the Mediterranean and the Atlantic Seas and the fishing port which is a symbol of the tradition and culture of the la Almadraba. It is situated on the Costa de la Luz, halfway between Tarifa and Cadiz. The house is just, fifteen minutes from the white Moorish village of Vejer de la frontera and ten minutes from the beautiful beach at Conil.Positioned at 800 meters from the beach, the finca has spectacular all round panoramic views and being three hundred metres from the centre of the nearest village, Zahora, the house is an idyllic venue for
either a wonderful beach holiday, a quiet relaxing holiday, or both.

    “Das Haus ist das sauberste, welches wir je gebucht hatten. Auch der Garten und die Anlagen sind hervorragend gepflegt.

    Die Ausstattung der Küche mit Utensilien ist gut aber nicht hervorragend.

    Die Matratzen sind nicht durchgelegen und Bettwäsche und Handtücher etc perfekt.

    Was sehr gut ist - der Vermieter (übrigens sehr nett) stellt Mountinbikes zur Verfügung, die durchaus zu gebrauchen sind. Und mit denen kann man da ganz schöne Touren machen.
    Alles in allem also eine Buchung, die man empfehlen kann.
    Leider gibt es dort übrigens nur einmal Satelittenfernsehen für Deutsch. Wenn also beide Einheiten an Deutsche vermietet werden, kann man schon mal Pech haben,wenn man halt Fernsehen möchten.

    “Positiv: Super gelegen die Ferienwohnung,Einrichtung ist zwar schon älter aber es ist sehr gemütlich und die Betten sehr bequem.Auch ist die Vermieterin ausgesprochen nett.Wer Ruhe und Erholung sucht ist dort gut aufgehoben.”
