Holiday House in Tinjan with Private Parking and Mountain View

The house is on the outskirts of the little village of Milinki near Tinjan in the Istrian region. The nearest house is 100 metres away and so you can enjoy absolute peace and privacy.

The 5000m² plot of land with plenty of greenery and trees provides ample space for a family with children. There is a 40m² pool with sun loungers and a parasol. There is also a roofed dining area with a grill.

The 90m² living space of the villa provides a spacious living and dining room with a sofa suite, satellite TV, a fireplace and a dining table with chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas and electric stove, dishwasher and a fridge-freezer. The three bedrooms each have a double bed. Two of them are equipped with a satellite TV. The two bathrooms provide a bath or shower and a washing machine. Air conditioning is available.

The nearest restaurant and the bus stop are 100 metres away. There are good public transport connections around the region, ideal for exploring the beautiful nature or cultural events, many within 30 minutes. The town of Poreč is a 15-minute drive away. A range of recreational and leisure facilities provide opportunities for cycling, playing table tennis, bowling, walking, sampling local farm products etc.

    “Preis- Leistung sehr gut ; in Sachen Sauberkeit gab es gar nichts zu beanstanden; es war alles vorhanden, was Otto- Normalverbraucher benötigt; sehr schön war die Sommerküche mit Grill; das Highlight aber war der Pool, auf den wir uns nach unseren Unternehmungen jeden Tag gefreut haben; einziger Wermutstropfen das 2. Bad war im Nebengebäude bei der Sommerküche, sehr freundliche Vermieter: das Haus kann ich zu 100 Prozent weiterempfehlen”

    “Das Haus ist ein Traum. Es ist exakt wie auf den Bildern zu sehen sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Den großen Pool hat man für sich ganz alleine.
    Die Lage könnte kaum besser sein. Das nächste Restaurant ist in 2 min Fußweg zu erreichen und auch sehr lecker. Der nächste Nachbar ist mind. 100 m entfernt, so dass man seine Ruhe hat und ungestört seinen Urlaub genießen kann.

    Die Vermieter sind ebenfalls sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Man konnte Sie jederzeit kontaktieren und Fragen stellen. Wir haben sogar selbstgemachten Honig und Marmelade geschenkt bekommen.

    Alles in allem war es ein rundum gelungener Urlaub.
    Wir werden bestimmt irgendwann mal wieder kommen.”
