Modern holiday apartment with two balconies, right by the beach

The holiday apartment A3 is in a quiet and peaceful neighbourhood in a new house with a wonderful sea view. The beach is just ten metres away. Enjoy the microclimate of the north-west of Istria and swim in the clear and clean Adriatic Sea.

This apartment is modern and fully furnished. It is on the first floor and receives ample daylight. It has three rooms. Two bedrooms are with a double bed and one with a single bed of 120x200cm. There is also a sofa bed for children or teenagers in the living room. There is a fully-equipped, open kitchen with a living and dining area, with a dining table and chairs. Here there is also a TV with satellite reception and wireless Internet access is available. The two bathrooms have a shower and WC and there is also an outdoor shower. A hairdryer and an iron are provided.

The both terraces are perfectly positioned, with a breathtaking 180° view of the sea. There is an upper terrace of 40m2 that you reach with the round stairs, where you can find four sun loungers. On smaller terrace on the first floor you can enjoy breakfast in the morning or a candlelight dinner in the evening. There is also a private parking place which you can use and it is protected by a video surveillance system.

The beach is right on the doorstep and you can go for a walk and enjoy the beautiful sunsets. There is a restaurant within 500 metres and the nearest locality is about 5km away. We have our buoy in the gulf in front of the house for your motorboat.

    “Wunderschöne, geräumige und moderne Ferienwohnung. Alles da was man braucht. Der Ausblick von der oberen Etage aufs Meer ist atemberaubend. Nur 10m vom Meer entfernt. Sauberkeit top. Super netter Vermieter, der gern unsere Fragen beantwortete und uns zum Abschied sogar eine Flasche vom eigenen Olivenöl schenkte. Wir kommen gern wieder.”

    “Die Wohnung ist sehr schön. Die Einrichtung ist modern und man findet alles, was man braucht.
    Die Sonnenterrasse ist natürlich spitze.

    Die Lage direkt am Meer bietet noch einen Punkt mehr, damit der Urlaub starten kann.

    Wir werden sicher wieder kommen.”

    “Wir waren im August eine Woche dort. Alles super: Wohnung, Ausstattung, Lage und natürlich die Dachterrasse. Der Strand ist flach abfallend und felsig/steinig, aber mit Badeschuhen kein Problem. Der Vermieter ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit, nochmal ein großes Dankeschön fürs Ausleihen des Bootes und SUP-Boards. Außerdem sind Liegen vorhanden, die man auch mit ans Meer nehmen kann.
    In der Nähe gibt es einen Bäcker und einen Gemüsestand, außerdem einige Restaurants, die man zu Fuß erreichen kann. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.”
