The holiday apartment occupies the whole of the first floor and is centrally located in the locality, right by the Frosch cycle path and just 4km from the Oder-Neiße cycle path.

The beautiful apartment with modern furnishing provides a combined bedroom and living room, a kitchen-diner, a balcony and a spacious bathroom with a shower and WC. The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed, which can also be separated. A supplementary bed is possible on request. There is a spacious cupboard with plenty of coat hangers, two separate shelves and a full-length mirror. The living room has a modern cupboard wall, satellite TV and a pull-out sofa bed, as well as further seating. A coffee table and other storage space are provided. The large balcony around 5 metres long affords a panoramic view and is furnished with a table and two chairs, as well as a parasol, and is accessed from the bedroom and the living room. The modern kitchen is equipped with a coffee machine, toaster, kettle and fridge. The large dining table provides ample space and seats four people. An iron and ironing board are also provided. The bathroom is spacious and has a washbasin with ample surface space, a shower, a hairdryer and a WC. The bathroom also has a washing machine (payable). The hallway provides ample storage space for your clothing and shoes. All the windows and the balcony doors are fitted with blinds and insect screens.

The large balcony is accessed from the bedroom and the living room. The site is enclosed and you can park on site free of charge. It is possible to hire bicycles or to park your own free of charge in the garage. You can use the terrace behind the house and the grill, garden furniture and parasol. A special highlight: in the right weather, the owners can bake bread in the wood-fired oven.

It is a non-smoking apartment that has been certified as three-star by the German Tourism Association.

The apartment lies right between Ober- and Niederlausitz on the border with Brandenburg. Here you can find the best conditions for a variety of recreational activities. The bakery is just 200 metres away and there is a local shop 300 metres away, along with two restaurants. Sports such as badminton, squash and bowling are nearby. There is an indoor pool in the neighbouring locality and in Krauschwitz there is the leisure pool with a sauna 5km away). The area rich in forests and waterways is ideal for cycling, swimming and hiking. There are very well-developed cycle paths, many lakes and places of interest nearby, such as the town Görlitz and the 1000-year-old town Bautzen, the unique Lausitz Findlingspark in Nochten. The Fürst-Pückler-Park UNESCO heritage site in Bad Muskau, the large open rhododendron park in Kromlau, the forest railway Bad Muskau, the largest lake in Sachsen, th lake Bärwalder See (ca. 20km), and the Halbendorfer See (6km) with water sports. You can go on well-organised dinghy tours on the Neiße. In summer you can pick blueberries, blackberries and cranberries in the nearby forests, and in autumn you can look for mushrooms. In Poland (4km) there is a large shopping market with good offers. You can go swimming in Kromlau, in Halbendorf (nudist and a new water skiing facility), in Jahnbad in Weißwasser(5km) and in the largest lake in Sachsen, Bärwalder See (ca. 20km). It is easy to get to the Sagar open-air museum, the Confiserie Felicitas in Hornow, the cultural centre in Schleife, the Glass Museum and the animal park in Weißwasser, the Strittmatter Museum in Spremberg, the Dinosaur Park and the Miniature park and the maze in Kleinwelka.
