The comfortable holiday apartment in a richly forested area is for 2 to 4 people and is right by the traditional Marsfeld. This is where Hans Grade, the first German motorised flying pioneer, flew his rounds, built aircraft and trained pilots. The apartment is centrally located in Borkheide, 500 metres from the train station (RE8).
The living room provides access to the furnished terrace in the green garden.
The cosy two-room apartment with a kitchen and bathroom is on the ground floor of the owners‘ house. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a big wardrobe. The bathroom provides a shower, washbasin, WC and washing machine. The kitchen with modern appliances includes a sink, a dishwasher, a stove with a ceramic hob, a fridge-freezer, a microwave, a coffee machine, a toaster, crockery and seating for two people. The living room provides a comfortable sofa that can be folded out as a bed for two further people, satellite TV and a dining space for 4 people. All the rooms have under-floor heating and electric blinds.
Trains run hourly to Berlin (about 45 minutes to the main Berlin train station) and to Dessau. It is about 6km to the A9 motorway. Shopping facilities (two supermarkets, a bakery, a butcher) as well as gastronomy can be found in the locality. The Europa cycle path R1 runs through the locality, a path that leads over 3600 kilometres from Boulogne-sur-Mer or Calais in France to St. Petersburg in Russia. From mid-May to mid-September the Börkheide forest pool, a chemical-free natural pool, invites you to relax.
