House with a patio, a pool and a courtyard in a Mediterranean town at the heart of Mallorca


This house is located in Maria de la Salut at the heart of Mallorca. The quaint town only has a population of 2,000 people and is ideal for a relaxing holiday.

The living are of the one storey house is approximately 130 m². It can be accessed from the main entrance or the parking area on the adjacent side road. The main entrance grants access to a hallway; to the left is a bedroom and a bathroom and to the right is another bedroom. This hallway leads to the living/dining room. Here are three doors: to the right is the third bedroom with a private bathroom. The left door leads to the kitchen and straight on is the patio. The kitchen has four doors: one leads to the pantry, another one to the living/dining room and the other two to the patios. The kitchen is furnished with a dishwasher, an electric oven, a toaster, a blender, a coffee maker, dishes, pots, pans, glassware and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment and a microwave. All three bedrooms and the living room are air conditioned (heating/cooling). Each bedroom is furnished with a large wardrobe with bath and beach towels and plenty of bedding. There are two double beds (150 x 190 cm and 160 x 200 cm) and two single beds (90 x 200 cm). The house has two bathrooms. The first bathroom boasts a whirlpool, a bidet, a sink and a toilet. The second bathroom boasts a shower, a sink, a bidet and a toilet. The living/dining room is furnished with a three seater sofa and two armchairs, a dining table with six chairs, a desk, satellite television, WI-FI, a telephone and a VCR.

The patio is furnished with six chairs and a barbecue. . The other patio is furnished with a table with four chairs and a sun shade. In the garden you will find the private pool and three hammocks. Private parking for your vehicle is available.

Upon request, we can provide a child's cot and a high chair. Bicycles can be rented also. Furthermore, there is a laundry room with a washing machine, detergent and cleaning products.

The house is in a very quiet location in a Mediterranean town, surrounded by beautiful countryside. The people here are friendly and hospitable. The town offers all amenities, such as a supermarket, a pharmacy, bakery, butcher, several shops, a health centre, a sport's centre, a traditional market, bars and restaurants. A rental car is recommended. Staying at the centre of the island enables you to discover the entire island very easily.

    “Das Haus ist von außen sehr ansprechend.Von innen ist alles da was man braucht.Klimaanlage ist Top.WLAN ist sehr gut.Der Pool ist sehr gepflegt und wird regelmäßig von dem Besitzer gereinigt.Der Besitzer oder Vermieter ist sehr nett,bei fragen kann man ihn ohne weiteres per WhatsApp kontaktieren.Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt,vor allem die Kinder hatten jede Menge Spaß im Pool.Ich kann das Haus nur weiterempfehlen.”

    “Hallo,

    wir haben dieses Jahr 2 Wochen in den Sommerferien in dem Objekt Urlaub gemacht und waren sehr zufrieden. Der Hausverwalter war zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Bei jedem Anliegen wurde sofort eine Lösung gefunden. Viele Dinge vor Ort (Weber-Grill, Luftmatratzen, Handtücher, Badetücher, Dolce Gusto Kaffeemaschine). Ich würde das Haus bedingungslos empfehlen. Klimaanlage lief einwandfrei.
    Einzigste was nicht geklappt hat war der DVD Player. Sollten ihre Kinder abends DVD gerne schauen dann mitbringen etc.”

    “Wir wissen nicht was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub mehr brauchen würde. Tolle Komunikation schon vor Anreise, netter Empfang, alles wurde ausführlich erklärt und wenn ein Problem aufgetreten ist, war der Vermieter direkt zur Stelle und hat geholfen. Selbst bei der Beschaffung eines Ventilators hat der Vermieter sofort geholfen.
    Jeden Morgen in einem sauber gepflegten Pool zu schwimmen, hat den Tag schon gut beginnen lassen. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden.
    Bei der Abreise hat die Übergabe ohne Probleme geklappt und wir wissen, wir werden wiederkommen!”

    “Wir haben einen sehr schönen Urlaub in diesem wundervollen und sauberen Haus verbracht. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt.

    Der Pool war wunderschön und hat uns bei der Wärme viel Abkühlung verschafft.

    Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hat uns viele Tipps für Ausflüge und Strände gegeben.

    Bei Ankunft war der Kühlschrank mit kalten Getränken und Obst gefüllt.

    Wir würden hier gerne wieder Urlaub machen.”

    “5 Sterne, bzw. Häuser

    Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in einem tollen, sauberen Haus. Die Terrasse war herrlich, man konnte in der Sonne sitzen oder im Schatten frühstücken. Es war alles vorhanden was man brauchte von Gewürzen, Öl, Essig, Seife, jede Menge Handtücher.
    Im Kühlschrank gab es bei Ankunft gekühlte Getränke und Obst. Tomeu ist ein toller Vermieter, der sehr um einen bemüht ist. Der Pool ist auch toll und ausreichend groß. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und richtig gut erholt.”
