Charming Holiday Apartment in La Bocca with Common Pool and Wonderful View

The holiday apartment is part of a luxurious holiday complex right by the sea, just a few minutes from the famous ‘Croisette’ in Cannes and just 50 metres from the beach.



The two-room apartment of around 50m² is on the third floor of a luxurious, enclosed and video-monitored holiday complex with a lift. It consists of a bedroom with a double bed 140cm wide, a living room with a double sofa bed 140cm wide, a bathroom with a shower and a WC. The living room also has a dining corner for four people and a cooking corner with a bar. The cooking corner is equipped with two ceramic cooking rings, an oven, mini oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, fridge-freezer and kettle. There is air conditioning (cool/warm) in all the rooms, wireless Internet access and digital TV in the living room, and a washing machine and a dryer, cleverly stored in a special wall cupboard.



The living room opens onto the balcony with a wonderful view of the pool area and the sea. The big, shared pool area is for the use of all guests. The site also has a shared children’s playground. Cars can be parked in an outdoor parking area or an underground garage. Bicycles are also available for use during your stay.



This apartment is perfect for a relaxing beach holiday in Cannes, as it is just 50 metres from the beach and the sea is within sight. Cinema enthusiasts will also enjoy it here, as it is just a few minutes’ walk to the famous ‘Croisette’, the renowned promenade that the stars stroll on during the film festival, and where you can encounter prominent personalities throughout the year. The nearest shop is about 3km away. There are cafés, restaurants and bars about 5k away. Children’s entertainment is also offered on the holiday complex. Sports enthusiasts can play beach volleyball or play tennis about 4km away.
