This is a charming villa with private pool and huge garden in Montuïri, a quiet and rural area in Es Pla de Mallorca. It is just perfect for 8 guests. Welcome!

The 230 m2, two-storey house has 4 cozy bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The 2 bedrooms on the ground floor come with double beds while the others on the 1st floor are equipped with 2 twin beds in each room. There is A/C in 1 bedroom on the first floor and 2 units in the living room.

With warm beamed ceilings and windows looking out to the garden, the villa’s sitting-dining room is a nice place to relax or have dinner together. There is WIFI, CD-player and SAT-TV with English channels. The kitchen is fitted with mixer, coffee machine, gas stove, gas oven, cutlery, toaster, kettle, kitchen utensils and dishwasher. There is a washing machine, an iron and ironing board in the bath on the ground floor.

In addition to the indoor dining area, the house has a terrace with a table and seats to enjoy a large breakfast or have a BBQ with friends. The 72 m2 pool (chlorine) and the spacious garden area the highlights of the villa. There are 5 sun loungers (and 2 parasols) where you can sunbathe.

In the genuine town of Montuïri you will find a few nice restaurants and a supermarket. The surroundings are particularly rural and perfect for sports like cycling and jogging. On Wednesday you can go to the market of Sineu, the most traditional market of Mallorca.

By car you can easily go to Palma de Mallorca, the capital of the island. If you love culture and sightseeing, this city offers lots of things to do! If you love the sea, don’t miss the natural beaches Sa Ràpita and Es Trenc, about 25 km from the house. The east coast has lots of wonderful bays to discover, for example Cala Mondragó, Cala Romantica, Cala Santanyí and much more.

    “Das Haus ist mit allen nötigen Dingen des täglichen Lebens ausgestattet. Die Sauberkeit ist sehr gut gewesen. Das Haus ist in einem guten Alllgemeinzustand. Kleine Beanstandungen wurden sofort zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit gelöst.
    Erwähnenswert ist der große, perfekt gepflegte Pool. Der Platz im Haus und rundherum ist absolut ausreichend. Die Terrasse ist großzügig angelegt und die Liegen, Stühle usw intakt.
    Der Wasserabfluss neben der Terrasse "müffelte" etwas.”

    “Huis was schoon. Douche , kranen, waterkoker en koffiezetapp. waren geheel verkalkt dus onbruikbaar, ik heb zelf ontkalker gekocht en de kalkaanslag verwijderd.
    Tweede dag werd er ingebroken en stond de deur open toen wij thuis kwamen, er was voor4000 euro ontvreemd. Politie aangifte gedaan en zij zijn ter plekke geweest, huis beek niet inbraak veilig en was niet goed af te sluiten. Eigenaar heeft de volgende dag vergrendeling op het keukenraam en het buitenluik laten maken.
    Zwembad was prima en we mochten zonder extra kosten de laatste dag langer in het huis blijven.”
